国宝犬山城で知られる犬山で生産した「あいちのこころ」
木曽川の清らかな水と、肥沃な濃尾平野の土壌で、丁寧に育てています。

粒がしっかりとしており、ほどよい粘りと甘み、そしてさっぱりとした後味が特徴。
炊き上がりはふっくらつややかで、冷めても硬くなりにくく、お弁当やお寿司にもぴったりです。
